Taking your kids how were the paths? And getting to the top i know theres no safety barriers. Were the paths wide to stay away from the edge Im scared of heights but would live to go. Going on a cruise next may with my 9 and 10 year old kids and i think my fear is making this seem like a nightmare of a task with kids.

Beautiful video!! I love that you are sharing all this nature with your children! We are heading to the Galapagos for a week and then to Lapa Rios to end our vacation. I just saw your amazing video of LR too! I'd love it if you could weigh in on how many nights you think we need at Lapa Rios. I'm leaning towards four but maybe three is enough after having a week in the Galapagos. Any thoughts would be appreciated! I also saw that you really liked July at LR but our trip will be in March during the dry season. I hope we will be able to see what you saw! I'm crazy about wildlife viewing too! Fun Fact: This place is where Bruce Banner stayed at at the end of The Incredible Hulk.

Is it a day hike to get there ? And is it fend-for-yourself accommodations at the lodge ? It's on my bucket list to travel to this lodge. As teenagers (50 years ago !), we were so lucky that my parents brought us to Banff, Lake Louise , Jasper, Mt Robson as part of a family trip. Are the northern lights visible there I wonder ?

The Inn looks like it could be the start of a nice little developed area. Did a freeze-frame of their menu. Looks like they could enhance it with some greenhouse grown produce. Slap a nice little greenhouse on the roof.
